Affidavits

Consent Letters
A travel letter, also known as a consent letter, is a document that provides permission for a child under the age of 18 to travel without both parents or their legal guardians. A consent letter shows that the absent parent or legal guardian is aware and has given permission for the child to travel.
A notarized consent letter, notarized by our notary service lawyer, can provide additional reassurance to authorities, such as border control agents, that the letter is legitimate and that a person travelling with the child has consent from the guardians to do so.
